Who is responsible
MRF Property Group Ltd, trading as MRF Property, is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Registered in Scotland, company number SC905003. Information we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number and the information in your message. We use it to respond, discuss property opportunities and maintain relevant correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and considering acquisitions for our own portfolio. We do not automatically add enquirers to a marketing list.
How information is handled
Website enquiries are sent to our business mailbox. This theme does not save enquiry messages in the WordPress database. Fasthosts provides website hosting and Microsoft 365 provides our email services; authorised providers process information to operate these services. Technical logs may contain IP addresses and request information. The form uses a short-lived, salted identifier to limit repeated submissions. Provider processing may occur outside the UK, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention
Our policy is to delete routine enquiries within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing relationship, transaction, legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Transaction records are retained according to applicable legal and accounting requirements. Backups may retain copies until their normal expiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and external links
This theme does not add advertising cookies, analytics or embedded social feeds. WordPress and any additional plugins may use cookies for essential functionality; configuration changes can affect this. Links to Instagram open a separate service governed by its own privacy policy.
